You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
To request a return, email modudesignshop@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back before your return is approved.
For change-of-mind returns, we deduct:
A 20% restocking fee
A $10 return shipping label fee
These fees do not apply if your item is defective, arrives damaged, or we send you the wrong item. Please contact us promptly if there is a problem with your order.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable return fees. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund more than 15 business days after approval, please email us.
To exchange an item, request a return and place a new order once your return is approved. The return conditions and applicable fees above still apply.
We currently ship within the United States. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
