A stylish pill organizer should fit both your routine and your personal taste. Start with the number of days and time slots you want to organize, check the compartment dimensions, and then choose the colors. An attractive case is more useful when its layout also matches how you plan to use it.
Whether you prefer a quiet neutral or a bright accent, here are the details to compare before choosing.
Choose the layout before the color
Two organizers can look similar while serving different routines. A three-compartment daily case separates parts of one day. A seven-compartment weekly case separates days of the week. An AM/PM weekly organizer separates mornings and evenings across seven days.
Ask yourself: Do I want to organize one day, a full week, or morning and evening across a full week?
Modu Design offers three layouts:
| Organizer | Layout | Compartments | Overall dimensions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Daily 3 | Morning, noon, and night for one day | 3 | 4 × 1.5 × 1.4 inches |
| 7-Day | Monday through Sunday | 7 | 8 × 1.5 × 1.4 inches |
| AM/PM Weekly | Morning and evening, Monday through Sunday | 14 | 8 × 3 × 1.4 inches |
If you want a shorter case for a single day, explore the Daily 3 Pill Organizer. If you prefer one compartment for each day of the week, consider the 7-Day Pill Organizer. For separate morning and evening sections throughout the week, see the AM/PM Weekly Pill Organizer.
Check the inside as carefully as the outside
Overall dimensions tell you how much space an organizer takes up on a desk or in a bag. Compartment dimensions help you judge what may fit inside.
Each Modu Design compartment measures 1 × 1 × 1 inch. The three layouts have different numbers of compartments, rather than progressively larger individual compartments.
Before ordering, compare the measurements with the size, shape, and quantity of the items you plan to organize. A photo showing small tablets does not establish how many larger capsules will fit. If you are unsure, ask for clarification through the Contact page.
Decide between matching and contrasting colors
Color selection is easier when you separate the main case from the smaller accents.
Daily 3 and 7-Day offer four case colors:
- Navy Blue
- Olive Green
- Beige
- Pink
For Daily 3 and 7-Day, the handle and button come in six colors: Navy Blue, Olive Green, Beige, Pink, Gray, and Orange. They share the same selected accent color, while the inner tray remains beige.
Daily 3 and 7-Day each offer 24 case-and-accent combinations. The AM/PM Weekly uses a fixed Navy Blue case with a beige AM handle, a gray PM handle and beige inner trays.
For a coordinated look, choose the same color for the case and accents. For more contrast, try a darker case with lighter accents or a neutral case with an orange accent. These are styling choices; choose the combination you would enjoy seeing and using each day.
Picture where you will use it
Consider the space the organizer will occupy before choosing a layout.
For a desk or bedside surface, compare its footprint with the space available. For a handbag, compare its length and width with the pocket where you intend to keep it. The Daily 3 is shorter than the weekly layouts, while the AM/PM Weekly has a wider footprint to accommodate two rows.
Also watch the opening demonstration on the product page. The 7-Day uses a sliding tray, and the AM/PM Weekly has two sliding trays in one connected organizer. Seeing the movement can help you decide whether the format suits your preferences.
Review practical details before ordering
Appearance is only one part of the purchase. Read the material and care information on the relevant product page, and check delivery and return conditions before checkout.
If a detail matters to you and is not stated—such as a particular cleaning method or closure performance—ask rather than assuming.

Frequently asked questions
Can I choose the case and handle colors separately?
For Daily 3 and 7-Day, yes. Choose a case color and a separate accent color; the handle and button match. AM/PM Weekly currently comes in the fixed color combination described above.
Does the inner tray change color?
No. The inner trays are always beige.
Does the AM/PM Weekly have larger compartments than the Daily 3?
Each compartment is listed as 1 × 1 × 1 inch across the three layouts. The AM/PM Weekly provides more compartments and a larger overall case.
Can the 7-Day separate morning and evening for a whole week?
The 7-Day has one compartment per day. If you want separate morning and evening compartments across seven days, the AM/PM Weekly provides that layout.
